Medal Worthy

The sleekest, most innovative uniforms at the Rio Games

The Games might be over, but the buzz from the 2016 Olympics in Rio is still heavy in the air.

Many incredible displays of strength and endurance were exhibited over those two weeks. Watching the athletes compete for something they’ve spent every waking hour of their lives preparing for was exhilarating.

There were also some impressive feats of design and engineering worth mentioning. The leading athletic wear companies such as Nike, Adidas, Puma, Under Armour, and Speedo all spent years developing the team uniforms that not only look innovative and stylish, but are built with the latest technology necessary to give these athletes the slight edge they need to beat a competitor by a tenth of a second in the finals race for a medal.

Here are some of the sleekest looks spotted during the 2016 Games in Rio.
